Description:  Local author Rodney Phillips will discuss the writing process, his newly published book “Dissention”, and will have copies of his book available for purchase.  Rodney is a Pittsburgh native and “Dissention” is his first published book.

Book Tagline:  "In Miami’s humid underbelly, a complex web of power and betrayal unfolds as mysterious phone calls set off a chain of events that will lead to violence and reckoning.
